Shipping policy

Postage and packaging:

The items you buy from us will be wrapped in tissue paper and then carefully packed for their safe journey to you. Where possible to reduce the impact on the environment we use recycled packaging materials.

Your order is usually posted within 5-7 working days. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is likely to be a delay with your order. If for any reason an item is not available, we will be in touch with an update on your delivery. Custom orders may take longer.

We deliver to the UK only and all orders are sent via Royal Mail 2^nd class (signed for service). Please note our products will not fit through a standard letterbox and parcels will need to be signed for.

Uncollected parcels:

Any undelivered/collected parcels returned to us will incur a charge for postage and packaging. A refund (minus postage and packaging costs) will be issued to the customer.
