  1. When will I receive my parcel?

Your order is usually posted within 3-5 working days. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is likely to be a delay with your order. If for any reason an item is not available, we will be in touch with an update on your delivery. Custom orders may take longer.

  1. What if my item is damaged?

Please let us know within 48 hours if your item is damaged. Send us an email with the photo of the damage. If possible we will contact you to arrange a replacement. Please see our delivery and returns page for more information.

  1. What if I change my mind?

If you want to return an item that is not damaged or used please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition. Please see our delivery and returns page for more information.

4. You don’t have exactly what I want, can you help me?

    We welcome custom orders. Drop us a line with your requirements. We love a project

    5. Are all of your products safe for all ages?

      Our products are carefully chosen or made with safety in mind. Age recommendations are on item listings where appropriate. It is important that adults check resources for signs of damage and risk assess products before giving to your child.

      Some of our products are functional household items and as such will not have a CE mark. We recommend that children should be supervised in their play when using our products. As the Toy Safety Directive says “products intended for use for educational purposes in schools and other pedagogical contexts under the surveillance of an adult instructor.”

      We only use products that comply with toy safety standards in our hand made items.
